2.1. INFORMATION YOU VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE TO US
We collect personal information when you provide your Personal Data in order to be assigned our global unique identifier, the bluenumber (B#), or if you sign up to become a registered user of our Sites including our wearable technology devices or products and services operated by Bluenumber.
Personal Data collected by Bluenumber as part of our registration process, may include your first and last name, email address, business or home address, phone number and any other information we require to provide a service you requested or to support your use of our products.
If you communicate or correspond with us by email or other forms of communication, we may collect the information you provide to us as part of those communications. For example, if you correspond with us through email, we may collect and store the email address you use to send the applicable correspondence and use it to respond to your inquiry, notify you of any publications or other services or keep a record of your complaint, accommodation request and similar purposes.
This information is used to communicate with you, to design content and activities that we believe would be of interest to you. Bluenumber shall ensure this use of information will not violate any applicable US sanctions in providing you access to Bluenumber’s products and services.

2.2. INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT FROM YOU
Bluenumber automatically collects your information when you use our Sites or products and services. For example, if you access our Sites through a computer, we will automatically collect information such as your browser type and version, computer and connection information, IP address and standard web log information.
When you download and use one of our mobile applications or devices, we may collect and store the information and content that you store in Bluenumber solutions, including transactions you perform, actions you take in the applications, pictures that you uploaded, etc.
If you access our Sites through a mobile device, we may also be able to identify the location of your mobile device. You may choose not to share your location details with us by adjusting your mobile device’s location services settings. If you choose not to share your location details some or all of the features and functions of our Sites or products and services may be affected. Bluenumber also uses your location information (if shared with Bluenumber) to identify the geographic locations from which our content is accessed so that we can better understand what content topics may be most relevant in that region.

Cookies are small amounts of data that are stored within your computer’s Internet browser and that are accessed and recorded by the websites that you visit so that they can recognise the same browser navigating online later. These tools allow us to look at aggregated data such as clicks, user behaviour and allow us to run tests to determine which pages result in the best actions. If for some reason access is denied, Bluenumber will provide an explanation as to why access has been denied.
3.6. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
Bluenumber uses reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to safeguard personal information you provide through our Sites or in connection with Bluenumber’s products and services. Please be aware that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. As a result, Bluenumber cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit on or through our Sites and you do so at your own risk.

Your Personal Data is stored by Bluenumber on the secure cloud services Bluenumber engages. Bluenumber retains data for the duration of a party’s business relationship with Bluenumber and otherwise as required under applicable law. Personal data will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which your Personal Data are processed. We will retain your Personal Data as long as you are a B# holder or user of Bluenumber products or services so that we can provide these services to you.
If you are located in the EEA, at the moment your B# is removed or you withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal information, all of your Personal Data that has been received and stored will be erased unless we are required to retain this Personal Data by law or to comply with our regulatory obligations. In such a case, we will only keep this Personal Data for as long as necessary. Upon receipt, verification and confirmation of your opt-out request, Bluenumber will process the request and you will receive an email confirming that you have opted-out and that Bluenumber has stopped using or collecting your personal data as well as deleted it, if the data is no longer required by law
